We collect information you provide when you register, update your profile, save a property, send an enquiry, or exchange messages with the agency or a consultant. This can include your name, email address, telephone number, saved properties, and message content.

We also process limited technical information needed for security, sessions, language preferences, and campaign attribution. Optional analytics is used only after you accept analytics cookies.

How we use information

We use information to operate accounts, provide property search and saved listings, respond to enquiries, deliver the website securely, prevent misuse, measure campaigns, and improve the service. We do not sell personal information.

Analytics, cookies, and campaign attribution

Essential session, security, and language cookies support the website. Google Analytics 4 is optional and is not loaded until you accept analytics cookies. Analytics events exclude names, email addresses, telephone numbers, message text, exact coordinates, and free-text searches.

Campaign parameters may be kept in the secure website session and copied to a successful enquiry so the agency can understand which campaign produced a lead. The visible UTM parameters are then removed from the address bar without reloading the page.

Maps and service providers

The website uses Leaflet and map data derived from OpenStreetMap through a hosted tile provider. Map, hosting, email, and analytics providers may receive ordinary technical request data such as an IP address and browser headers when their service is used.

Data retention

• Conversation messages are kept for about 183 days.
• Leads and campaign attribution are kept for 365 days after the last recorded follow-up.
• Client accounts are kept until a deletion request or 365 days after the last recorded account activity, subject to records that must be retained for legitimate legal or business purposes.
• Security and audit records are normally kept for 183 days.
• Your analytics-cookie choice is stored for 180 days.

Marketing email

Marketing email is optional and is sent only when you give separate consent. You can withdraw that consent at any time in your profile. Every future marketing email must also include an unsubscribe method.

Children and contracts

The website does not ask for age. People under 18 may browse, register, save properties, and send enquiries. The website itself does not complete a property contract; any legal transaction is handled separately and is subject to applicable capacity and guardian requirements.
